The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for managing daily clinic operations, including scheduling patient visits, verifying insurance, and collecting payments. They also ensure a welcoming environment for patients and maintain organized front office records.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong communication and multitasking abilities. The role requires the capacity to work with little supervision while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes. This individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures. The PCC-I position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
