The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing service requests, performing repairs to buildings and grounds, and managing make-ready units. They also handle preventive maintenance projects and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency calls.
Candidates should have 5+ years of maintenance experience and be HVAC certified (Type 1 & 2 or Universal). A valid driver's license is required, and CPO certification or experience with property management software is preferred.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certified, is proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, strong customer service skills, a team‑oriented mindset, reliable, honest, and committed to high‑quality work, A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance service requests and repairs to the buildings and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor while providing excellent customer service to our residents.
