The Administrative Assistant is responsible for interacting with guests in a healthcare setting and managing administrative tasks for the medical team. Their duties include welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone, and answering any inquiries. Scheduling appointments and keeping those appointments on time.
This position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work some holidays and overtime.
This will be an on the job training, training hours will be aligned with your schedule.

The salary for this role will range from $18 - $32 hourly based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
