The Program Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of CDBG-DR funded disaster recovery programs, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and managing client relationships. Candidates must have at least 10 years of professional experience managing federally funded disaster recovery programs, specifically with HUD CDBG-DR housing or infrastructure projects. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Construction Management, or Engineering is required.

We are seeking a Program Manager with deep expertise in CDBG-DR funded disaster recovery programs to join our growing Florida team. Based in the Tampa Bay area and working alongside an experienced team serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, and surrounding counties, this role is central to LEMOINE's Florida program delivery and may support other Florida programs as our work expands across the state.
