The Regional Technical Trainer is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the Employee Health & Benefits technical training program to ensure service teams are desk-ready. They will collaborate with local managers and the Talent Development team to identify skill gaps, develop training content, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or 5-8 years of experience in employee benefits including systems and compliance. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office applications.

The Regional Technical Trainer – EH&B is responsible for managing the Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B) technical training program for MMA FL. Work closely with the SVP, EHB as well as the Talent Development COE team to achieve MMA’s strategic learning and development goals. The EH&B Technical Trainer will design, implement & monitor the EH&B technical training program and oversee the implementation of various initiatives as defined with MMA’s strategic plan. Confer with and actively engages the management team and keeps leadership informed of significant matters where oversight is essential.
