As a Virtual Concierge Associate EA, you will provide essential administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information to maintain smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage various challenges. Responsibilities

- Providing administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing executive travel logistics
- Utilizing office productivity applications for efficient data entry and report preparation
- Assisting in the management of corporate records and correspondence
- Supporting event management and meeting coordination to facilitate smooth operations
- Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration to enhance team effectiveness
- Maintaining office equipment and managing office supply ordering to validate operational efficiency
- Conducting research and preparing KPI reports to support decision-making processes
- Managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating effective communication within the organization

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
