Work you will do

• Offer specialized knowledge in the Workday Absence suite.
• Support gathering of business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing Workday solutions to meet client requirements
• Guide clients in adopting Workday best practices
• Perform Workday Delivery Assurance
• Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
• Confirm that functional solutions align with downstream data translation requirements, and support integrators in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Deliver insightful status reports to project managers, highlighting project risks and improvements in client adoption.
• Champion and actively disseminate product knowledge to foster growth within practice.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 2+ years Hands-on experience in Workday Absence Solution 
• Hands on experience in Workday Implementation project 
• Current active Workday Absence Certification 
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company

• Proficiency in managing timelines and achieving goals effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering
