Essential Functions • Resource Headcount management including existing, attrition and new hire. Analysis versus Budget and Forecast on a monthly basis • Track joiners moving into / out of teams and ensure profiles creation in enterprise tools of the organization • Maintain and upkeep of data related to resources (Rate card, Utilization targets, team/product related information) • Planning and executing periodic Skills assessment process – reporting progress and reporting / analytics of Skills data • Update and maintain resource project assignments and schedules on enterprise tools • Tracking resource bandwidth/availability using excel and enterprise tools. Work with Resource managers and Line managers through regular cadence on data validity and accuracy • Standard/ad-hoc reports and dashboards related to headcount, utilization, compliance and Availability • Contractors’ extension tracking • Follow up and tracking of non-billable hours’ analysis and reporting to management
Experience & Qualifications • Graduate in Sciences, Commerce or Engineering subjects • 3-6 years of Business Operations/PMO/Resource management experience in a MNC company, with exposure to Technology, Analytics, Data Management skills, projects and methodologies. Experience in a Life Sciences/Pharma company is an advantage • Experience in using HR/Finance/Resource Management enterprise applications is a must. Salesforce knowledge, specifically CRM and PSA, is a definite plus • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is mandatory • Advanced Excel skills is mandatory. Should have proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and other Microsoft Office applications • Should have experience in using SharePoint, OneNote and TEAMS • Problem solving and logical reasoning skills are a must
