The ideal candidate will bring mid to senior-level project management experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects under a variable workload.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and follow-through.
Work directly within HubSpot to support project execution, workflows, tracking, and client needs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps and communicate updates clearly.
Support evolving client initiatives, including potential work related to AEO, Answer Engine Optimization.
At least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience is mandatory; candidates must have worked directly inside HubSpot, not only with general CRM systems.
At least 3 years of experience working on HubSpot projects.
Project management experience coordinating clients, timelines, and deliverables.
Advanced English level required, as this is a client-facing role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a variable workload.
Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
HubSpot certifications.
Working knowledge of Schema Markup.
Experience supporting marketing, sales, or operational projects within an agency or consulting environment.
Time Zone: Pacific Time, Mountain Time, or Central Time
Schedule: Hourly (Approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for the engagement to expand into a full-time role)
