We are seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee daytime execution of electrical installations in data center construction. This role ensures safe, high-quality work aligned with design and commissioning milestones.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical activities including cable trays, conduit, wiring, grounding, and system installation.
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams for material delivery and technical clarifications.
• Inspect installations and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain logs of inspections, non-conformities, and progress.

• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience supervising electrical works in industrial settings.
• Proficient in reading drawings and supervising subcontractors.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and site logistics.
