The Sales Contract Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and entering sales contracts into accounting and reporting systems. They also provide timely sales activity updates to the purchasing, construction, and sales teams.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of administrative experience, with preference given to those with a background in the homebuilding or construction industry. A bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software are also preferred.

The Sales Contract Coordinator will provide support to the division and the customer in procuring the sale and preparing the sale for the close.
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
