The Asphalt Plant Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production facility, including monitoring equipment and material quality. They must also perform routine maintenance, manage inventory, and coordinate with paving crews to ensure timely supply.
Candidates should have previous experience operating an asphalt plant or similar heavy equipment and possess strong mechanical aptitude. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and lift up to 50 pounds is required.
