The Superintendent manages field operations from project start through final completion and closeout. Key duties include leading jobsite personnel, executing safety plans, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and owners to maintain the project schedule.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and comply with vehicle safety programs. The role requires strong leadership abilities, the capacity to work under stress, and comprehensive knowledge of construction codes and regulations.

The full salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. This position is eligible for a target bonus.
