The Maintenance Supervisor leads the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation, safety, and resident satisfaction of the apartment community. Responsibilities include managing daily work orders, overseeing property repairs, and maintaining budget and inventory standards.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on maintenance and supervisory experience in a multifamily environment. A valid HVAC certification is required, and a CPO certification is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
