Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in EHS or Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience. Proven expertise in manufacturing or R&D environments and the ability to manage cross-functional teams are required.

The Associate Director of Construction & Contractor Safety is responsible for managing the development, implementation/maintenance, global oversight and governance of environment, health and safety (EHS) programs within the scope of responsibility. Take action to minimize risk to employees and facilities and reduce the company’s environmental footprint. Minimize EHS liability for the company.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
