The HSE Manager is responsible for developing and leading all Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across construction projects to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This includes conducting site audits, leading incident investigations, and managing contractor safety performance.
Candidates should have 8+ years of progressive HSE experience in construction or industrial environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A bachelor's degree in a related field and professional certifications like CSP or CHST are preferred.
