The Field Technician will perform routine property inspections, move-out checklists, and minor maintenance tasks at residential and condo facilities. They will also serve as the primary on-site point of contact for vendors, owners, and urgent work orders.
Candidates should possess a well-rounded skill base in property maintenance and strong communication skills for customer interaction. Experience in rental or storage unit maintenance is highly desired.

What's the schedule?
Part time and full time roles available. This role's schedule can be flexible and will support schedules for our REMS and Storage properties. The role will also be part of the on call rotation for nights and weekends that typically rotates bi-weekly.
