Lead day-to-day residential construction operations from start to finish, including managing schedules, materials, and subcontractors. Supervise and train volunteers while ensuring all builds meet safety codes and quality standards.
Requires 5+ years of residential construction experience and proficiency in blueprint reading and project management software. Must possess a valid driver's license and the physical ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the jobsite, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering high-quality homes that directly impact local families.
Preferred: 2+ years of supervisory/volunteer leadership experience and OSHA 10
