Lead a team of detailers to create coordinated Mechanical and Plumbing BIM models while adhering to company standards and building codes. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to produce accurate shop and fabrication deliverables.
Requires a high school diploma and proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a preference for an Associate degree or trade apprenticeship. Minimum of 5 years of field experience as a Pipe Fitter, Plumber, or Sheet Metal worker is preferred.

Primary Purpose: To work closely with Regional Manager of Virtual Construction, Project Manager, General Foreman, General Contractor and Subcontractors to lead a team of detailers to complete coordinated Mechanical and Plumbing BIM models. The Lead Detailer will also utilize U.S. Engineering’s company standards, adhering to current building codes, meet project requirements and coordinate with all trades on a given project.
