The Construction Quality Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program. They must ensure performance aligns with contract requirements while managing administrative documentation and maintaining client satisfaction.
Candidates must hold a four-year degree in a relevant field and possess at least five years of experience in commercial construction, including two years in a QC role. A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate and various safety certifications are required for this position.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$160,000 and an extensive overseas benefits package, including company-provided housing for you and your dependents, a company vehicle, paid utilities, and employer-funded quarterly travel back home. Additional benefits include eligibility for foreign income tax exclusion, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, health savings account, and paid time off.
QC Managers are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, executing its performance according to contract requirements, completing administrative documentation on time, and cultivating customer satisfaction with the client, all in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
