Candidates must have 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience and possess their own tools. A valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass drug and background screenings are required.

Initially, it was strictly a plumbing company, but over the years has added an air conditioning division as well. Bayonet holds licenses in Plumbing, Mechanical (heating and air conditioning), and Gas Piping and is a member RACCA and PHCC. Currently, Bayonet does a large volume of new construction and service work. With over 140 employees and over 100 trucks on the road daily, we serve customers from Orlando to Tampa and as far as Sarasota.
