The Undercarriage Field Technician performs complex diagnosis and repairs on heavy construction equipment at customer sites or in the shop. They also provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to other technicians while ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in heavy construction equipment repair and possess a valid CDL Class B license. The role requires the ability to pass a DOT physical, own a complete set of tools, and demonstrate expert technical skills in undercarriage maintenance.
