The Service Technician II is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. They ensure resident satisfaction by completing repairs quickly and professionally within the apartment community.
Candidates must have at least one year of on-site property maintenance experience and possess a Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification. A valid Texas Driver's License is required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
