The maintenance technician is responsible for performing a variety of property repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, while maintaining high standards of curb appeal. They must also conduct preventative maintenance, manage work orders, and respond to property emergencies as required.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in property management or a related field. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to perform general maintenance and carpentry tasks are required.

We’re looking for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.
