The Operations Assistant is responsible for managing the permit application process for fire alarm and sprinkler projects, including filing, tracking, and coordinating with building departments. They will also maintain customer databases and handle backflow document submittals and equipment calibration tracking.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, while experience with Salesforce or Sedona is considered a plus.
