Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in commercial building operations and possess the ability to troubleshoot MEP systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a two-year technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.

This role serves our Chicago downtown properties to ensure satisfaction for both tenants and the building owners. Participation in an on-call rotation is a requirement of this position.
The hourly rate is 31.72 – 43.27. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
