The Structural Engineering Group Leader will oversee the growth of the structural engineering practice in Birmingham by mentoring staff and expanding the local client base. They will provide technical leadership on complex projects while integrating the office with national firm resources.
Candidates must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license and a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. The role requires at least 8 years of progressive structural engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a team leadership capacity.
