WHO WE ARE Cooper Construction is a general contractor founded in 1991 by Jim Cooper in Birmingham, Alabama. The pre-construction team at Cooper Construction offers a wide range of assistance including: site selection, development services, feasibility studies, due diligence, master planning, space planning, and process coordination. Our team has constructed over 12 million square feet of quality buildings for the clients we serve.
