The Builder is responsible for coordinating vendors and trade partners to ensure homes are built to specification and on schedule. They manage the customer experience through regular communication and on-site walk-throughs while maintaining a safe jobsite.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1-2+ years of experience overseeing home construction from foundation to closing. A valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Builders communicate with Trades, Team Members, Agents, Municipalities, and Homeowners throughout the build of each home while leaving a positive impression with each interaction. The Builder will report to Production Area Manager over their designated area.
