The Development Manager is responsible for managing project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion of residential lot developments. Key duties include performing due diligence, coordinating consultants, and overseeing the platting and permitting process.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and five to seven years of related experience in land development. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for site visits and overnight travel.

Forestar is currently looking for a Development Manager-FG. The right candidate will manage the schedule for timely completion of the assigned projects and will adhere to the approved development budget of those projects to meet the company’s business plans and objectives.
