The Yard Hand is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the equipment yard, including pressure washing heavy machinery and managing tool inventory. They must also assist with loading and unloading materials while strictly adhering to safety protocols and reporting potential hazards.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Proficiency in using tablets and Microsoft Office software is required, and prior construction experience is considered a plus.
