The Scaffold Leadman supervises the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding and temporary structures. They are responsible for ensuring all work adheres to OSHA and company safety standards while overseeing the transport and inspection of materials.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience in scaffolding. The role requires the ability to work at heights and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Qualifications Required for this Position:
Education – no minimum education requirements.
Experience – 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience.
