This role is ideal for an engineering professional who enjoys being close to the work, partnering with sales and operations teams, evaluating real-world building systems, and developing practical solutions that can be successfully priced, built, installed, and maintained.
As the Mechanical Engineer – Commercial HVAC & Hydronics, you will serve as a key technical resource for our Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky market. You will work closely with Sales, Project Managers, Estimators, Foremen, Supervisors, field personnel, and customers to evaluate existing HVAC and hydronic systems and develop practical engineered solutions for construction, retrofit, replacement, and design-build opportunities.
This is not a traditional engineering role where your work stays on paper. You will be expected to understand how mechanical systems operate in real buildings, participate in customer site visits, assess existing equipment and field conditions, and help develop solutions from initial concept through construction, startup, and closeout.
