  • Work with BAS communication protocols and networks, including BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, BACnet MS/TP, BACnet/IP, and IP-based networks.

Technical & Customer Support

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, blueprints, sequences of operation, and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment and controls associated with air handlers, rooftop units, VAV systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, VFDs, dampers, valves, and related mechanical equipment.
  • Communicate technical findings, recommended repairs, and system operation clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive and professional field service.

Documentation & Safety

  • Maintain accurate electronic service reports, work orders, inspection notes, and other required documentation.
  • Document system changes, repairs, programming modifications, and customer communication accurately and timely.
