The Site Operations Manager oversees all onsite construction, operations, and maintenance activities at tower sites, including customer installations and troubleshooting. They manage onsite vendors and ensure all work adheres to company policies and jurisdictional code requirements.
Candidates need an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience, with at least 4 years in wireless construction management. Required certifications include OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and First Aid/CPR, with an FAA Part 107 license preferred.

Role
The Site Operations Manager (SOM) is responsible for all onsite aspects of construction, operations, and maintenance activity at our tower sites including but not limited to customer installations, troubleshooting, ground-based inspections, tower lighting and site maintenance, and general telecommunications construction and maintenance resolutions. Oversees onsite vendors, installers, and customer representatives, while ensuring all work is conducted and sites are maintained in accordance with Crown Castle policies, procedures, and standards.

Working Conditions: Will be required to travel to project sites with exposure to heavy equipment and environmental conditions approximately 90% of the time. Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions approximately 10% of the time.

Compensation
The pay range offered for this position is $36.54 - $50.24 per hour. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
