The Senior Rail Track Designer produces track geometry design plans, specifications, and cost estimates while leading projects to ensure they are on budget and schedule. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, performing QA/QC, and mentoring junior engineering staff.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least ten years of experience in track geometry and design. Proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD Civil 3D and knowledge of AREMA and CPUC standards are required.

The Senior Rail Track Designer will produce track geometry design plans and specifications. design calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and specifications while leading and providing a high-quality track geometry and track design on budget and schedule with a high level of customer satisfaction.
