The Maintenance Technician will perform routine preventative maintenance and address resident service requests for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues. They are also responsible for preparing units for new residents and maintaining the community's overall curb appeal.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or a related field. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Solara in Poway, CA. As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence and curb appeal of the apartment community, delivering superior service to our residents, and supporting the maintenance team in all aspects of Property Management Maintenance to include upkeep, repairs, and turnovers.
This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
