The superintendent is the company’s eyes, ears, and authority on site: responsible for keeping the project on schedule, holding subcontractors to quality and safety standards, keeping the site clean and inspection-ready at all times, and documenting progress daily. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of a job site — not a desk position.
