The Maintenance Technician will perform skilled repairs across electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems while maintaining property landscaping and common areas. They are also responsible for preparing vacant units for re-occupancy and providing 24/7 emergency maintenance support on a rotating schedule.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in maintenance, landscaping, and irrigation systems. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, along with a valid California driver's license, is required.

Maintenance Technician
Join our Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining safe, quality housing for our residents. Reporting to the Community Manager, you'll handle complex maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping systems while mentoring junior staff. This position offers hands-on work in a mission-driven environment where your technical skills directly impact the lives of working families, seniors, and people with special needs in our affordable housing communities.
