JOB SUMMARY
The Front Office Representative I role at Catalyst Physician Group will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in ensuring a positive and seamless patient experience. This is an entry level role designed for individuals beginning their career in healthcare administration. This role is responsible for greeting patients, managing check ins and check outs, answering phones and providing excellent customer service.
