Pennbrook Apartments is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent who enjoys helping residents find their next home.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects while maintaining strong organizational and administrative support within the leasing office. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times. This position will also require traveling between properties.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
Excellent organizational and filing skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
This position required raveling between properties, must have reliable transportation.
