Formarás parte del departamento de EICI, con el objetivo de dar soporte en la gestión documental y atención a clientes, asegurando la correcta tramitación de los procesos administrativos del área.
Tramitación y gestión de expedientes administrativos
Atención y soporte a clientes, resolviendo consultas y dando seguimiento a solicitudes
Apoyo en tareas de facturación y control administrativo
Soporte general al equipo del departamento EICI
Gestión y actualización de bases de datos y documentación interna
Estas funciones engloban el soporte administrativo integral del área, contribuyendo al correcto funcionamiento de los procesos de Inspecciones Reglamentarias.
Formación en Administración (FP Grado Medio o Superior o similar)
Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas a nivel medio
Persona organizada, resolutiva y con orientación al cliente
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y atención al detalle
Experiencia previa en puestos administrativos (valorable)
Contrato indefinido a jornada completa
Horario de lunes a jueves de 08:30 a 18:00 h y viernes de 08:30 a 15:30 h
Jornada intensiva en julio y agosto
