The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end development of vertical residential projects, from architectural conceptualization and municipal permitting to construction and final delivery. They are also responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, commercial launches, and leading the project coordination team.
Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in large-scale real estate development. Advanced proficiency in English, MS Project, and BIM tools is required, along with postgraduate specialization in real estate project management.

Buscamos a un profesional altamente calificado para gestionar integralmente proyectos de vivienda vertical residencial (edificios multifamiliares) , asegurando el control y cumplimiento de objetivos desde la concepción arquitectónica, diseño, licitaciones y trámites municipales, hasta la construcción, lanzamiento comercial y entrega final.
Jefe Inmediato: Reporte directo a la Gerencia General.
Equipo a Cargo: Coordinadores de Proyecto.
Formación Académica: Titulado(a) y Colegiado(a) en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura e Ingeniería Industrial (Requisito indispensable).
Especialización: Estudios de posgrado o especialización en Gestión de Proyectos Inmobiliarios.
Idiomas: Dominio del idioma Inglés a nivel Avanzado.
Gestión Integrada del Proyecto: Liderar la administración completa del proyecto inmobiliario desde la conceptualización arquitectónica (brief base, tipologías, áreas comunes), revisión de expedientes, hasta el cierre de obra y recepción.
Lanzamiento Comercial y Coordinación: Liderar la definición de producto, participar en el diseño e implementación de la sala de ventas (permisos incluidos) y dictar la capacitación del producto al equipo comercial.
Gestión de Licitaciones y Contratos: Proponer la modalidad de contratación, aprobar bases de licitación, cuadros comparativos, adjudicación de contratistas, proyectistas y especialistas, así como evaluar ordenes de cambio y adicionales.
Trámites y Licencias Municipales/Registrales: Liderar la elaboración e ingreso de expedientes para licencias (demolición, construcción, anteproyecto), atención de comisiones técnicas, conformidad de obra, declaratoria de fábrica e independización.
Control Económico, Tiempos y Calidad: Validar cronogramas, aprobar valorizaciones, liquidaciones de obra, dossier de calidad y supervisar los reportes semanales de avance y la gestión vecinal.
Gestión Financiera e Indicadores: Presentar KPIs del proyecto, brindar soporte en evaluaciones financieras y atender consultas de bancos y fondos de inversión.
Liderazgo de Equipo: Asignar, dirigir y evaluar el desempeño de los Coordinadores de Proyecto a su cargo.
