Job Title: Content and Proposal Management DDQ Specialist

• The role sits within GPS Digital Operations which look after end-to-end customer digital lifecycle. That includes variety of tasks related to HSBCnet/local E-Channel platforms, documentation, implementation of customer solutions, onboarding customers and assisting them with issues they experience with digital products throughout. The staff will have unique opportunity to work on complex GPS Digital Operations project with various stakeholders in multiple regions and countries, obtain valuable experience in relation to HSBC’s structure, operating model, services and products. The role sits at the heart of the business and allows the job holder to take an integral and significant part in driving the projects aiming improving Customer experience and HSBC offering.
• These are specialized SME roles.
• Global Documentation – Provide documentation to the customers across 47 countries from ASP, Mena , Eur , NAM and LAM regions covering various HSBC products supporting GBM and top CMB customers along with bespoke negotiations. Also involves in governance and maintenance of all document templates with necessary legal, compliance and business approvals and manage help desk to provide resolution to client queries.
• Content and Proposal Management (CPM) –  Due diligence questionnaires are formal documents issued by companies that need to review HSBC’s effectiveness of risk management and controls due to regulatory requirements. As a contracted supplier, HSBC is required to complete due diligence questionnaires on various topics like Audit, BCIM, IT security etc.

Governance and Committee Memberships (membership of ExCos, Risk Management Meeting)

• Participate in Business partners/ key stakeholder Governance meets.
• Maintenance of legally approved templates and record keeping.
• Participate in product testing and change request management

In this role, you will:

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)

• The job holder will be expected to work on projects/ dealing with bespoke customer requirements processes related to documentation with high degree of complexity and in cooperation with multiple stakeholders across different business areas/ locations.
• Support negotiations and review all the bespoke approvals and provide approvals.
• Provide agreed project/process deliverables in accordance with agreed SLA and PLA and in line with the guidance provided from the business area.
• Act as an SME consultant for the project/process for different stakeholders globally
• Support customer requests for information in relation to provided services (complex)
• Provide accurate and timely management information related to the project as per the requirements received
• Support ad hoc projects, including non-standard customer solutions / bespoke
• Role holder is expected to take full accountability of progress of the deal
• Should act as a role model for delivering superior customer service. By listening to our customers and understanding their issues and resolve or mutually agree the way forward with their complaint/product queries.

Customer Experience and Service Delivery

• Drive effective handling of overall deals, completing required activities in a timely manner within defined TAT for each of the complexities. 
• Analyse data on deals breaching targets, understand themes and lay out action plans at an individual / team levels to achieve targets.
• Ability to drive change to deliver efficiencies and improve customer service;
• Demonstrate highly customer centric approach and strong business acumen;

Operational Excellence and Productivity

• Participate in ideation & identification of change opportunities, facilitate seamless implementation / adoption of Central initiatives within the Team
• Ensure to meet Productivity targets.

Colleague

• Implement feedback received during coaching sessions including but not limited to monthly performance review and target setting, twice a week account reviews, feedback on deal quality monitoring/customer surveys for all team members.

Leadership & Teamwork

• Assist line manager/supervisor with managing day-to-day operations.
• Coach and support peers in process in effort to build SME expertise in the team.
• Maintain cordial relationship with all the relevant stakeholders and co-ordinate work, escalations, analysis, MI at appropriate time to work the critical queues with minimal or no supervision.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Adherence of Risk requirements by the team.

Others

Risk and control management

• Ensure policy and procedures are well adhered to and there are nil incidents/errors. 
• Where an issue has been identified, raising it to line manager for mitigation and sharing best practices.
