Manage accounts payable activities, including processing payments via E-invoice portals and S4hana while ensuring compliance with tax and internal policies. Perform bank reconciliations, prepare aging reports, and assist with audits and monthly closing requirements.
Requires 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements associated with accounts payable management.
Control expenditures and payments within timeline
Check supporting documents to ensure compliance with internal policies/SOP and tax requirements
Process payments through E-invoice portal, entry in S4hana, prepare payments order.
Follow up payments until release money to vendors/suppliers
Perform bank reconciliations, assist in monthly closing requirements.
Prepare aging reports, VAT input declaration, statistics reports.
Create and review vendor codes every quarter.
Assist in cash flow forecast preparation (cash outflows).
Assist in tax inspection, statutory audit, state audit and internal audit as required.
Assist and update other reports for controlling payment (monthly expenditures…)

4–6 years of relevant work experience
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational, analytical & writing skills
Meticulous, with a keen eye for details and a hands-on person
Good Knowledge of Accounts Software
Proficient in MS Office
