The Hospitality Coordinator organizes and leads volunteers to ensure a warm and welcoming guest experience at the church campus. Key duties include recruiting and training volunteers, managing schedules, and overseeing coffee bar inventory and operations.
Candidates must be committed Christians with a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work most weekends. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a natural aptitude for hospitality are required.

Hospitality is core to what we do at Ada Bible Church, and we strive to show guests they are cared for beyond just a generic welcome. We hope to show guests they can belong to a community who genuinely loves people and loves Jesus.
As a Hospitality Coordinator Team, you will organize and lead hospitality volunteers. These volunteers serve on a regular rotation to provide excellent guest experiences through relational hospitality and directing volunteers who serve. This is a part-time position offered at up to 15 hours per week and includes weekend work.
