The Endoscopy Technician is responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and disinfecting endoscopy equipment while assisting physicians during gastroenterology and pulmonary procedures. They also provide direct patient care, including transporting patients, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe clinical environment.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have at least 1-2 years of patient care experience. Experience in endoscopy or surgical services and knowledge of Olympus scope processing are preferred.
