Full job description
CTEC is a leading technology firm that provides modernization, digital transformation, and application development services to the U.S. Federal Government. Headquartered in McLean, VA, CTEC has over 300 team members working on mission-critical systems and projects for agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, Internal Revenue Service, and the Office of Personnel Management. The work we do effects millions of U.S. citizens daily as they interact with the systems we build. Our best-in-class commercial solutions, modified for our customers’ bespoke mission requirements, are enabling this future every day.
The Company has experienced rapid growth over the past 3 years and recently received a strategic investment from Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN). In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.
Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) is seeking an experienced Business Management Analyst II to join our team
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
CISA’s Stakeholder Engagement Division requires an integrated team to support council and sector governance, approximately 500 annual engagements, stakeholder coordination, policy and risk analysis, executive communications, records, and contract management. The work spans unclassified and classified environments and requires products that are accurate, accessible, compliant, and ready for government use.
POSITION SUMMARY Provide cleared governance, engagement, research, and project-coordination support for CISA sector-risk-management activities. In addition to the Analyst II duties, this position supports classified meetings and accurately documents sensitive discussions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain sector governance artifacts, membership records, decision logs, action trackers, dashboards, and procedural documents. • Plan and execute classified and unclassified engagements, including registration, logistics, agendas, pre-reads, briefing packages, and onsite support. • Take thorough notes in classified settings and develop accurate notes for the record in accordance with security requirements. • Research cyber, physical-security, critical-infrastructure, resilience, and cross-sector issues. • Analyze engagement data, participation trends, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder feedback. • Prepare executive summaries, briefings, white papers, status reports, and recommendations using CISA/DHS templates. • Coordinate with senior officials and sector stakeholders and follow actions through completion. • Provide rapid analytical and documentation support during emergent operational or national-level events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years experience in federal program analysis, governance, policy research, or project coordination. • Excellent writing and notetaking skills, including the ability to accurately capture complex discussions. • Strong organizational judgment and discretion in classified or sensitive environments. • Experience with schedules, action tracking, risk logs, dashboards, or executive reporting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Prior CISA, DHS, intelligence-community, or critical-infrastructure experience. • Experience supporting senior officials in classified meetings. • Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
CLEARANCE: • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI; U.S. citizenship required.
WHAT CANDIDATES SHOULD UNDERSTAND • Work is expected to be onsite in Arlington, Virginia; approved telework may be available only as authorized by the Government. • Positions are contingent upon contract award and successful completion of applicable security or suitability processing. • For cleared positions, the recruiting requirement is an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI—not necessarily current SCI access on day one. • For suitability positions, candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination. Prior DHS service may help, but a previous Public Trust is not automatically transferable or guaranteed to reactivate.
