The Warming Station Attendant ensures the safety and supervision of guests at an emergency shelter while maintaining facility cleanliness and organization. They assist with guest intake, enforce station policies, and provide support to individuals in a diverse environment.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass all state-required background checks. An associate or bachelor degree in human services or social work is preferred.

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Assists in oversight of the operation of our warming station, a wintry weather emergency shelter for our homeless neighbors.
