Executive Assistant
The Opportunity:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders within the Chief Technology Office. Operate in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities, adapt quickly to changing needs, and maintain a high level of responsiveness. Manage complex calendars, prioritize and deconflict competing commitments, coordinate domestic and international travel, and process expense reports. Plan and prepare for complex virtual and onsite meetings by coordinating logistics, developing and distributing agendas and briefing materials, and managing follow-up communications and action items. Partner effectively with administrative professionals, teammates, and employees across the company, as well as external vendors, to support leadership priorities and department activities. Coordinate vendor services and facilitate purchasing of equipment and other team needs, as appropriate. Exercise independent judgment within established guidelines and maintain the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
You Have:
2+ years of experience with calendar management, managing and preparing expense reports, and planning meetings
2+ years of experience using Office365 product suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and WebEx
Experience supporting the planning and coordination of virtual and onsite team and department events for small- to medium-sized groups, including all logistics, attendee communications, meeting materials, and vendor coordination
Knowledge of generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Ability to use generative AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, including drafting communications, summarizing information, organizing priorities, and supporting meeting preparation, while exercising sound judgment with confidential or sensitive information
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive's role within the organization
Ability to interface collaboratively with various levels of internal executives, employees, and external clients
HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
